Return Policy
We want you to love your Star Bella projector. If something isn't right, email starbella.store@proton.me and we'll sort it out.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the projector must be unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included, and in the condition you received it. We may ask for a photo before approving the return.
How to start a return
Email starbella.store@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without approval can't be accepted.
Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the projector arrived damaged or faulty or we sent the wrong item — in those cases we cover it. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't refund an item that doesn't reach us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times vary, so please allow a little longer for the funds to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.
Digital downloads
Digital products, such as our Bedtime Story Pack, are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so we don't offer refunds on them. If a file won't download or open, email us and we'll fix it straight away.
Items we can't accept
Products returned without their original packaging or with missing accessories may be refused or refunded in part.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.
